Still tweaking and adding icons and whatnot, but it’s live and going! Sign up if you haven’t already,* Poke around and enjoy!
* Apparently there was an undiscovered issue with confirmation emails not being sent out, but we’ve now resolved that along with the forum update. Apologies to anyone who was affected by it.

As rameniac is still in beta, you've probably noticed we've been tweaking things here and there - new sections are being added and worked on, the resource/review database is being restructured, and the forum is coming soon!. For the moment, empty your browser cache and check out our new slideshow mods!Posted by rameniac at 07:03 PM | 27 Feb 2007
Mariko Daicho is a producer at TV Tokyo. Apparently they want to film college students in the tri-state area eating instant noodles for a program on ramen in the United States. I doubt anyone from that area is really reading the site since I haven’t made my way over there yet, but I suppose i should put the word out!
This is what she said in the email:
Since instant ramen is very popular among college students, I would like to film and interivew some college students who eat instant ramen all the time. I would prefer to film in New York City. Do you know any college students in New York who would be willing to let us film at their house or college dorm eating ramen? Could you possibly post on your blog my request for a ramen loving college student in the NYC area (NY-NJ-CT)?
My time frame is tight. I’d need to complete filming by Friday, March 9th.
I appreciate any help.
