Taishoken Higashi-Ikebukuro finally closed its doors for good today, after 46 years in business. Owner Kazuo Yamagishi is widely renowned as the inventor of "dipping-style" ramen, also known as tsukemen or morisoba. Customers waited in line for up to 5 hours to get one last taste of the ramen master's classic fare. ごちそさまでした!
