Chef Chiba-san is visiting from Tokyo just for the occasion. Famed as the innovator of the hanjuku soft boiled egg in ramen, his delicate sappari chicken and pork bone shoyu chukasoba is a taste of Tokyo in Torrance, California. For one glorious weekend at least.
