I haven't quite figured out how this works yet, but this super sentai "Akiba Henshin" instant ramen apparently changes flavor while you eat it, from shoyu to tonkotsu and back. Available at Akiba Noodle, an Akihabara (where else?) instant noodle specialty shop. Yeah. You know you want some.

much love to pirikara via tokyo mango via akiba keizai

I remember an episode in Ramen Discovery Legend when Fujimoto (or was it Serizawa?) creates a soup that changes flavor while you eat it. Or maybe I dreamed it.
