Hey folks,

This is my first post...I love the website by the way...it’s such an amazing resource for Angelinos such as myself. Thanks for all the work you put in to it....Felicitations aside, I was wondering if anybody here as ever had Goota Ramen...it’s simply the best instant ramen I’ve ever had...it’s got flavor and punch that most instant noodles simply don’t have.  They carry it only occassionally at Mitsuwa (Torrance and Little Tokyo)...perhaps because it’s pricey. They have several flavors...I’ve only tried a few though. See the vid below for an example of what it looks like

ahh, good ol’ goota is quite popular, even in japan. mostly due to their vacuum-sealed toppings i guess… you can even get half a boiled egg in there sometimes! when was the last time you saw it at mitsuwa? i haven’t seen it in a while, sadly, although i do have a reserve bowl or two tucked away hehe… “in case of emergency, just add water...”

welcome to our little community btw!

thanks.

yeah, i haven’t seen it at mitsuwa in several months.  it’s offered sparingly and sporadically. i wonder why...the flavor profiles are amazing for instant ramen. and i go to both the torrance mitsuwa and the little tokyo branch.  the taste is truly delicious. next if i see it i guess i’ll have to stock up.
