Well my Favorite is definately here, any of the Nong Shim espescially the Big Shin or Kimchi bowls (yes I know it isn’t technically Ramen, but WTF you have Pot Noodle))

just a pity they are so scarce in the UK after the FSA got the mitts into them

nong shim is ramen! it is descended from momofuku ando’s flash frying process, so i’d pretty much consider it ramen. or ramyun, as they say in korean!
