I have a cooking class and my partner and I decided for our final to make Ramen but I have to grab the dried noodles and the seasoning and vegies/meats and I was wondering if anyone knows of a good kimchi recipe I could use?

ah, someone once described to me the process; apparently it’s not that hard, it just takes some time to ferment the stuff… but i’m going to have to check with my korean friends.

if you’re just looking for where to buy GOOD kimchi, i might be able to help you out… but that would be cheating wouldn’t it ^^?

ohhhhh grazti! well i wanted to try that, i too know where to but teh good kimchi but i havent actually been to a resturant (just packaged!^^
