How many of you guys (and gals) lick your instant noodle seasoning packets after you’ve emptied them into the bowl? Them’s “satchets” I’m talking about, for all you Brits and Aussies.

What kind of sick person lets the flavor packets go to waste? The only possible reason why you wouldn’t lick them is that you dipped them in the hot water while the noodles are cooking to get every last bit of flavor bits out of the packet.

do people still eat the noodles raw?
in elementary, we’d crush the raw noodles and mix the powder in with it.
it beats the hell out of doritoes.

asian innovation at its finest.

i totally eat the noodles raw. they even have a product called ‘baby star’ that is basically crunched up, flavored ramen that you can get at nijiya. although i think it’s better just to mash up that 30 cent package of tung-i…

rameniac, oKarma believes that word is spelled as such ‘sachet.’ anyhow the pot noodles oKarma ate whilst in the united kingdom didn’t contain a ‘flavour packet’ as the soup seasoning powder was molecularly attached to the unprepared noodles. for good dry noodles to get your snack on, oKarma recommends also the original nissin chicken ramen, where in japan one can drop a raw egg in the ‘egg pocket’ before pouring the hot water in. in ameriKKKa, one must do so at their peril, as excessive raw egg consumption may result in various bacteria harvesting.

mmm Salty MSG goodliness, I like them and my old cat used to love them as well, the moment the pack was opened I would have a Furry Purry Ball of flavour packet thief figure-of-eighting around my ankles,

it is however not without its risk, My first shin cup was almost my last, I put in the yummy spice packet in the bowl and as an involuntary response, Licked the rest.

To the absolute delight of my cow-irkers Hilarity ensued

I’m not sure what my taste buds would do if I started licking the inside of the ramen flavor packets. I think I might gag if there was too much in there. rasberry It’s too over powering and well thats why you add it to two cups of water to bland the flavor down a little bit. Well not to mention cook the noodle in there with… err a little bit extra because the steam takes a little bit of the water away…
