i love the idea that i can cook some ramen, throw in an egg, some vegetables, and have a quick snack, however, i don’t want to have a stroke from all that damn sodium.i haven’t achieved that level of dedication. besides, my blood pressure is borderline as it is.

are the fresh instant ramen noodles any better than the ones fried in palm oil, or is all the salt in the packet?

the fresh ramen noodles are much better than the dried, fried ones i’d say. a lot of the saturated fat comes from the oil in the flash frying process, so you’d be definitely better off with the nama, although it costs a bit more.
