Do anyone have any links (or recipes) for with Tonkotsu or Shiro Ramen?  I’d love to attempt making this at home.

And yes I understand what I really should do is quit my job, move to Japan and intern at a ramen shop for 25 years......but my wife won’t let me.  :(

ah i’ll try to dig up some tonkotsu ramen recipes. this one’s been around a while but i’ve never really tried it.

Alright… been to Tokyo twice in the past 2 months and can’t get enough ramen. Here’s the best written recipe for Tonkotsu ramen that’ I’ve found… and it’s in English! It’s quite involved but looks gooooood!!
