WOW, WHAT A FIND!  Didn’t know that there was a ramen forum!  I’ve been eating ramen for years, but I haven’t taken the time to go drive around and look for places to eat.  Being Japanese, I love Japanese food very much.  As far as ramen is concerned, I have a particular liking for shoyu ramen.  But it’s hard to find good, traditional places to eat in So Cal (especially in Orange).  I hope to learn many things from this forum.  My name is Ian, yoroshiku!
