hiya indomie,

nice name btw. unfortunately most non-japanese noodle shops are outside the scope of this site, at least for now and until we get contributors ^^. plus, stuff like chiu chow noodles or HK-style won ton mien deserve websites of their own! however, non-japanese places i will try to hit up are ones that are obviously derived from ramen, like korean teumsae ramyun, which had a branch in k-town, but it shut down recently. also, i’ll do non-japanese instant noodle reviews from time to time, mainly because that stuff is all derivative of the original instant noodle, nissin’s chikin ramen.

if you’re looking for reviews of other types of asian soup noodles, i can heartily recommend my friend the noodle whore and his website here:

Hi,
Thanks.  I got your point.  I listed the “egg noodle” type variety which is closed to ramen, but it’s OK.  Noodle whore’s site is not as good as yours grin

BTW, Chopstix in SD, I listed in the NEXT to review, is Japanese.

Indomie is a brand of instant noodle from Indonesia grin

What if you post a PO BOX for Instant Noodle, and your forum fan can ship you instant ramen from different countries?  I know I can send you several varities.
