Greetings! First post here. smile
Just wanted to say I love your site rameniac. Always makes me hungry!
Anyways, Just to let you know me and a few friends are also ramenholics and we’ve been to several places here in Vancouver, BC, Japan, Thailand, and the UK. I also like to dabble in the art of creating homemade ramen as well (progress is being made!). We’re also part of a Facebook group The Japanese Ramen Appreciation Society (JRAS). So if you need help reviewing ramen outside the US, we can help!smile

wow whenever I go to Vancouver I always make it a point to drop by Kintaro Ramen for my ramen fix.

Do you have any other recommendations in Vancouver?

Thanks

Hey Charlie! Glad to hear there are other Kintaro admirers out there wink
Unfortunately, I’ve yet to find another place that can compare to or surpass the quality of ramen at Kintaro in the Vancouver area. There are some average places and some terrible ones as well. My suggestion would be to try out Guu at Aberdeen Centre in Richmond. There was this one time I tried out their ramen and it was decent enough (I don’t know if it’s still on their menu, but it was pretty good. Plus the fare there is awesome!). Happy hunting!
